Gerrit Nijs is an airline pilot flying around the world as a captain on Boeing 747-400 and 747-8 airplanes. As a passionate aviator he picked up the love for flying aerobatics at an early age and has since been active in the World and European aerobatic competition scene as well as performing airshow displays.

Gerrit also acts as an aerobatic flight instructor and coach teaching novice pilots how to fly aerobatics and train more experienced aerobatic pilots the skills required to take part at aerobatic competitions.
